Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return your sports watch or accessory within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. It may have been unboxed and tested, but must be clean and undamaged. We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in their proper condition.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will send return instructions. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for standard change-of-mind returns. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we refund your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more business days to show the refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us with photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, including the shipping you paid, and cover return shipping.

Compatibility

Compatibility information follows the manufacturer’s specifications. If you order an accessory that does not fit your watch and the packaging is unopened, the 30-day return policy applies. If our compatibility information was wrong, we cover the return in full.

Shipping policy

Every order ships with tracking. We email your tracking number when your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time

Orders arrive in 7–10 business days. If delivery is expected to take longer than 10 business days, we email you before shipment so you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Your total, including shipping and any taxes, is shown before you confirm your order.

Order changes and addresses

Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order or correct an address. We cannot change the delivery address after shipment.

Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather and public holidays may extend the 7–10 business day window. We will keep you updated by email.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. We will replace it or refund you in full.

Read the manufacturer’s instructions before using or charging your watch. Follow its care, charging and water-resistance guidance. Do not modify the watch or use damaged charging equipment. Check accessory compatibility before use.

Warranty

Use of third-party accessories may affect a watch’s warranty, depending on the manufacturer’s terms. We cannot advise on another company’s warranty terms.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in USD and may change. If an item is unavailable or priced incorrectly after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or full refund. We will not charge a different price without your agreement.

Orders we may decline

We may decline or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, the order appears fraudulent or we cannot ship to the address provided. Any payment already collected will be refunded in full.
