Shipping policy

Every order ships with tracking. We email your tracking number when your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time

Orders arrive in 7–10 business days. If delivery is expected to take longer than 10 business days, we email you before shipment so you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Your total, including shipping and any taxes, is shown before you confirm your order.

Order changes and addresses

Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order or correct an address. We cannot change the delivery address after shipment.

Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather and public holidays may extend the 7–10 business day window. We will keep you updated by email.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. We will replace it or refund you in full.
