Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return your sports watch or accessory within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. It may have been unboxed and tested, but must be clean and undamaged. We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in their proper condition.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will send return instructions. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for standard change-of-mind returns. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we refund your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more business days to show the refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us with photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, including the shipping you paid, and cover return shipping.

Compatibility

Compatibility information follows the manufacturer’s specifications. If you order an accessory that does not fit your watch and the packaging is unopened, the 30-day return policy applies. If our compatibility information was wrong, we cover the return in full.
